This place is decently clean and centrally located in Del Ray but wish they provided better customer service instead of trying to nickel and dime everything. I brought my 5 year old son with me to have a spa day just us and he of course wanted multiple colors. He got a pedicure and just color on the nails and they charged him 5 extra for both hands and feet for additional colors. Just to add polish was 10 as well. He didn’t even get any service on and it was already 20. They also wanted extra to buff my nails since I don’t get polish on my hands and I’ve never been charged for that before, ever. They are decently nice and very busy but just seems like they want to charge you for everything versus establishing relationships with their clients.
